The City of Seoul said it plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 10 million metric tons over the next five years as part of efforts to help fight global warming. The pledge to be implemented by 2020 will be announced during the triennial plenary meeting of the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives to be held for a five-day run from April 8 in Seoul.
