A report to the UN Secretary-General from the UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy for Cities and Climate Change Michael Bloomberg, in partnership with the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, shows how cities can contribute to bridging the global emissions gap. The report finds significant emission reduction potential – up to two-thirds the impact of recent national policies and actions.
